A lease may be broken with payment of a termination fee equal to one month’s rent.   Ask about our preferred employer program when leasing.

How long is the term of the lease?

Yes, we do offer a limited number short term leases starting at 3 months.

When is my rent payment due?

Rent is always due on the first of the month, grace day on the 2nd, late on the 3rd.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

The 3rd of the month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

Inquire at the office if you need this option to check on availability.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

No, we recommend using online payments through the resident page of our website. Both ACH and Credit Cards* are accepted through this link. (*Fees Apply)

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Yes, however anyone staying longer than 14 days is required to fill out an application and must go through the application process and then added to the lease agreement

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

Yes, notify the office before your children arrive.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
