What kind of pets do you allow?

Dogs and cats.  Weight Limitations for 1 pet may not exceed 75 pounds and 2 pets should not exceed a combined weight of 90 pounds.

How many pets may I have?

No more than 2 per apartment.

Are there any deposits, special fees or monthly charges to have a pet?

1 Pet $500 ($250 Non-Refundable) / 2 Pets $700 ($350 Non-Refundable)

Monthly pet rent of $25/pet/month applies.  Weight Limits: 1 Pet-70 pounds / 2 Pets-90 pounds combined.
